Every watch purchased from Oasi Watch comes with the documentation available at the time of purchase and with its corresponding warranty coverage.

Manufacturer's warranty

For new watches supplied with an official warranty, coverage is handled directly by the brand through its authorized service network.

The duration and conditions of the warranty may vary depending on the brand and model. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the movement and components, according to the conditions established by the manufacturer.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty generally does not cover:

damage caused by impacts, drops, or improper use;

normal wear and tear of straps, bracelets, glass, and aesthetic parts;
water damage due to lack of maintenance or non-compliant use;
repairs carried out by unauthorized centers;
damage caused by magnetism or external agents.
