Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a product return according to the conditions outlined below.
Right of withdrawal
Private customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of order delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
To request a return, please contact us within the specified period, indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
Product Condition
The watch must be returned:
- in the same condition in which it was received;
- complete with original packaging, warranty, manuals, and included accessories;
- without signs of use, scratches, or alterations;
- with any protective films still present, where applicable.
Damaged, used, or incomplete returned products may not be accepted or may result in a reduction of the refunded amount.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
The product must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safety of the watch during its return.
Refund
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, within the timeframe provided by current regulations.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders or products modified at the customer's specific request.
